Refer a Friend Scheme
If your candidate/recruitment experience with us has been positive, we would love to be recommended to your ex-colleagues, friends, and acquaintances working within the Scottish marketing, digital, and creative agency industry.
If you refer a candidate to Gilchrist Recruitment Partnership, and they are placed into a permanent role with one of our clients, we will pay you up to £500 per referral with no limitations on how many candidates you refer to us.
Terms and Conditions:
- You must gain express permission from the referred candidate before sending us their contact information.
- The referral must be a new candidate to our database, or not have been in contact with Gilchrist Recruitment Partnership in the past 12 months.
- Payment will be in the form of vouchers of your choice (as cash payments have tax implications for you).
- Payment of these vouchers will be made around 30 days after the referral has started their new role.
Referral fees will be paid as follows:
- Permanent placement. Salary less than £25,000 = £100 referral fee
- Permanent placement. Salary more than £25,000 = £250 referral fee, £35,000 = £350 fee, £50,000+ = £500 fee
